I used to go to the gym, not know what to workout or how to exercise, lose motivation and leave soon after. "Mission accomplished!" I told myself, but realistically, I was just wasting my time and energy. Sounds familiar? Fast forward a few years afterwards. I was hitting a mental low. For whatever reason, I wasn't happy, I frequented the feelings of anxiety and depression more than I would have liked. I decided to take a workout class and... I recognized right then and there, with guidance and support, the benefits of exercise. Even if for 1 hour of my day, if I felt like I could step away from the mental lows and focus on my body, it was the perfect escape. I got hooked. I started working out more and more. And soon after, I realised that life is full of curveballs and unforeseen, unpredictable circumstances. But the one thing you can control is how you take care of your body. To me that was my biggest takeaway. The mental changes must come first, and the physical changes will trickle in after. I want people to feel liberated when they workout, reap in the benefits of exercise. I'm here to motivate others to become the best version of themselves by taking control and finding your power. I don't want you to waste any more time at the gym or lack personal guidance so that you lose not only progress but motivation. I want to take you on a challenging journey that will change your life for the better. Health is wealth!
